SITE MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (SMO)
As a part of our SMO division, we launched our SMO activities by having a tie-up with Cadila Pharmaceuticals (CRO-Division)- Ahmedabad, Excell Life Science, Progressive Life Science, Apothecaries Ltd, Sami Labs etc. and have agreed to provide them with our services into Site Management activities and Clinical Research Coordinators who would handle all the Study related tasks at their specific sites across India.
Altree Healthcare is a full fledged Site Management Organization affiliated with multiple investigator sites in the primary care setting covering a wide range of therapeutic areas. Altree Healthcare utilizes a custom designed internet based tracking system for all investigator sites which allows data to be entered from each site to enable central management to track the progress of each: Project, Adverse Event, Ethics Submission, Study Projects and Principal Investigator.
Altree Healthcare's Site Management expertise flows from our well trained Clinical Research Coordinators who are qualified in ICH-GCP guidelines and through an Array of Feasibility analysis of the client studies, before commitments are made. This ensures that the needs of the people we serve are never compromised.
The Site Management group is the vital link between the sponsor and the site. It provides full site support and monitoring, from study start-up to close-out. Experienced in-house staff and contract monitors with expertise in therapy-specific services will manage each step of the project.
Site monitoring visits encompass a range of activities, including assessment of enrollment and continuing protocol adherence, review of all relevant source documents, reporting of previously unreported SAEs, and investigation and resolution of outstanding queries.
